This idea of strengths and weaknesses, dislikes and desires, holds at an organizational level as well. Groups, subteams, and even institutions take on a personality, in a remarkable, complex, and sometimes unfathomable way. IBM has a different culture than Apple, which is different still from Autodesk, or Cisco or Google.
