It’s been so many years, but I still wonder why. What made him decide to do it? We were friends, but the decision was totally his…his alone…What can you say to somebody standing on the ledge? What? When I was that age, I thought about suicide too. Why? I don’t know. I loved my mother and father…my brother…Everything was all right at home. But still, I was drawn to it. Somewhere out there, there’s something else. What?
