This form of excess is “stuff” in our lives that add no real value, such as gossiping, mindlessly floating through social media, and other unhelpful habits. Much of this excess isn’t necessarily bad; rather, it’s more of a poor use of energy, reflecting low living and mismanagement of our mind. It doesn’t benefit anyone, especially you.
