Jesus laid the foundation for a missionary movement by training his disciples. Nathan was ready to do the same. He began to see God’s people as the key to fulfilling what God had put on his heart. He realized that vision could be limited by rules about “who can and who can’t”: Who can and who can’t evangelize? Who can and who can’t baptize? Who can and who can’t make disciples?
