IF YOU HAVE THIS THING, WHY ARE INNOCENT PEOPLE BEING SENT TO AZKABAN? HOW did JKR get away with a plot hole as catastrophic as this one? I do not understand how you can write a whole book about someone innocent being sent to a life of torture and then in the next book go all "Hey we have this thing that makes people tell the truth but jokes on you WE WON'T USE IT BECAUSE WE'D RATHER SEND INNOCENT PEOPLE AWAY". God I hate how stupid these books are.
