If only you were able to be like the trees whose branches blow in the wind. If only you would allow your leaves to drop when they must and to cover the ground or the floor of your life, so that you could sit in the quiet solitude, in the stillness, in the darkness, and embrace it. You do not see the tree reaching for its leaves to pin them back on. Some of the scientific minds may say, “Well, a tree is not a human.” That is true; however, you know, and there are others that know, that a tree still has a spirit and energy and life, yes? If that tree were not to shed its leaves, if that tree were not to sit dormant, if its life’s blood were not to freeze for a time (of course, we are talking in this geographical area), that tree would not be able to live. The spirit, the life force of that tree would be choked down, and it would die. You understand this, yes? Yet, so many of you humans still fight to put your leaves back on, still run around to turn on all of the lights in the dormant, dark season.

It means bringing love in to every area and to each person that you meet. Love, as we have said before in many other sittings with you, is not an emotion. Love is an action, it is a decision, it is a way of being, a state of grace. Yet so many of you pick and choose who you will

love, who deserves love, who has done enough for you to “get” your love. Well, the love isn’t yours—it isn’t yours! Love is the pulse of the universe. Love is the beginning and the end, the alpha and the omega. Love is the supreme guiding force.

The world’s power is beginning to shift, you see, because that idea of what is power or what is a powerful thing, is beginning to change. Unfortunately, at this point in time, the way that things are moving, from where we stand out here in the outer realms we say that more will need to fall apart, that more will be lost. This is the only way for your higher selves to see; for your awareness to be brought back to what matters, to what is important. There are many of you who have

In your movie theaters, there was one such movie that still today, after many years, is very popular with children, and there is a curtain behind which is a man pretending to be a great magician. People fear this magician, people revere this magician, and people come to this magician for favors or works. No one opens the curtains because they would rather not know. For as long as they see the smoke coming out of the fake masked face and they hear the booming sounds and all of that, it is enough for them because it is difficult to pierce through that veil, through that façade. So with all of these things happening, aftershocks are occurring, and the people grab onto hope wherever they can. The problem is that their hope includes still relying on finances and material things. Human beings have gotten farther and farther apart from one another. It seems that until you must rely on your own survival, until it comes to that, you will not change. You sit comfortably, perhaps say on a beach, enjoying the sunshine, listening to the gulls overhead, perhaps hoping to see one of your dolphins jump by—it is picture-perfect until the storm comes.

Then the same beach that gave you such peace and such joy suddenly becomes a place of terror. When you are in that place of terror and you have to survive, well, the body that wanted to laze around before suddenly jumps to its feet and runs or climbs or whatever it is that it does because it must. Likewise, the only way to raise your unified consciousness is to bring you to a place, and again remember you are bringing yourselves there, where you must begin to rely on something other than this curtain. Something other than your separated lives, your separated homes, and your bank accounts that keep you divided into little places that keep you from “walking to the other side of the
