time is “what keeps everything from happening at once.” Everything that has ever existed, does exist, will exist, and could exist, exists now. The universe is holographic. The whole is contained in every part.
In the realm of Spirit, the separations defined by time and space do not exist.
When we use time to discover, enjoy, and express the holiness of life, it becomes our friend.
All fear is of future events. If you are established in the now moment, you cannot be afraid. You can experience reality only now.
fear is never necessary.
Trust and connection to Source are your best allies to navigate any situation.
Establish yourself in the now, and fear will lose its power over your life.
The Course wants you to enjoy vitality and wellness on every level: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
ACIM wants you to keep your body in healthy, productive condition so you can feel good, be a vessel through which Spirit expresses in the world, and let others see the light shining through you.
Well-being, not illness, is the will of God.
We gain health by aligning with Spirit’s will for us, which is only love.
The Course tells us that the only purpose of the body is to magnify the presence of love in the world.

Healing is the result of a shift in consciousness from separation to wholeness, a return to your true Self.

ACIM does not tell you how to get stuff. It teaches you how to get peace.
Only happiness equals happiness.

The experience of wealth, not stuff, makes you rich.
there are no external prerequisites to the experience of wealth.
Real generosity is generosity of the spirit.
there are an infinite number of ways to give without money. You can give time, talent, attention, listening, compassion, service, space, wisdom, or skill.
Giving of the spirit is the richest way to give.
ACIM repeatedly reminds us that the greatest wealth is to remember our spiritual identity. “Now would I be as God created me” (W, Lesson 237).
When you give a gift of the world, you have less and someone else has more. When you give a gift of God, both giver and receiver gain. The gifts of the world are physical commodities. The gifts of God are energetic experiences. When you give love, kindness, patience, or forgiveness, you gain the experience of the gift you are giving, in the moment you give it, so you are as blessed as the receiver.
You don’t have to understand the Text. If you understood the Text, you would not need to study it.
All the understanding you need will be given you precisely when it will serve you best. What the ego “understands” is largely illusion. “I do not understand anything I see . . .” (W, Lesson 3).
The Text will heal you before you understand it.
A Course in Miracles is imbued with the power of Christ. Jesus has instilled healing energy in every word and sentence.
If you gain wisdom from the Course, you have gleaned a great gift. If you find love through the Course, you have found yourself.
To assign levels of difficulty to miracles is to give unmerited power to the challenges we perceive. In the Mind of God there are no degrees, hierarchies, gradations, competitions, or conflict. There is only oneness.
Only the creations of light are real.
“I am in danger nowhere in the world” (W, Lesson 244). Because your true nature is spiritual, you cannot be touched, affected, changed, damaged, or killed by any earthly condition or situation.
The body comes and goes. Your spirit is forever.
ACIM tells us that the only place to seek healing is within and the only time to do it is now. “Heaven is here. There is nowhere else. Heaven is now. There is no other time” (M-24.6:4
“Enlightenment is but a recognition, not a change at all”
The goal of A Course in Miracles is not behavior management. It is consciousness upgrade.
Ultimately there is only one miracle: the shift in awareness from the tyranny of fear to the healing presence of love.
But the one and only miracle is that everything unlike love does not exist and only love is real. All other miracles are in the service of this one.
The peace of God becomes the foundation of our life rather than anxiety and conflict. The events, experiences, and relationships of the world become stepping-stones to heaven. The world is transformed from a prison ruled by terror to a temple consecrated by love.
Upon discovering the happy dream, your purpose is no longer to escape the world, but to use the world on behalf of healing.
The purpose of A Course in Miracles is to bring humanity release from pain. It defines healing as relief from fear.
The entire Course in Miracles is an act of compassion.
compassion calls for service in action. Kindness is the mark of spiritual maturity.
ACIM tells us, “All real pleasure comes from doing God’s Will” (T-1.VII.1:4).
The Course is simply urging us to keep our priorities in order: Spirit first, all else in its service. Every experience becomes an opportunity to bring more light to the world.
ACIM instructs us that the quality of life is not about what you do, but why and how you do it. The Course asks us to evaluate all actions we are contemplating by asking ourselves, What is this for? and What do I hope to gain? Your answers to these questions will determine whether you enter the happy dream or deepen the nightmare.
When joy is your motivation, joy is your result.
Meeting God is not reserved for the moment your spirit leaves your body. It is reserved for the moment you choose it. In the happy dream, what you seek is already where you are.
