INTJ perfectionism can be a strength, but it can also turn against them. This is particularly true if the INTJ becomes focused on him or herself as the “lab experiment,” not on an outside object. Every human being discovers, over the years, that self-perfection is impossible, but INTJs are among the personality types slowest to give up.
