one thing, a larger zone of dominance waters down how much the INTJ can enforce the same high standards that he has for his own work. It’s much easier to maintain precision and accuracy when the INTJ can control only what he does with his own hands and in his immediate area. They can be quite argumentative if their zone of control is challenged.
