I stood erect, with my arms at my side, holding hands with my new wife, seeing the future ahead of me.
To recall this emotion requires thought rather than movement, but I felt like lifting my arms up over my head in a pose of triumph o er the evil I had experienced for the previous 7 years.

Countless studies have proven humans are not capable of multi-tasking. At best, we can switch from one task to another effectively, but we lose our flow when we do.

We may perform because of personal desires, needs, or values internal to ourselves (Intrinsic Motivation). We may also take action to obtain some sort of external reward, favor, or relationship (Extrinsic Motivation).
N-A-C: N-acetylcysteine boosts levels of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is a powerful liver detoxifier. Many illnesses, like depression and anxiety, are understood now as being caused by free radical damage, rather than chemical imbalances or low serotonin.
