The good news is, that motivation can be created, and called upon at will. It just takes some practice.
Just like bathing, eating, and other essential life activities, motivation needs to be practiced regularly.
The easiest way to motivate yourself is to see what you want. Instead of just imagining things, make it easy to be close to what you want, by seeing exactly what you want.
Create mental movies of things that you’d like to happen.
When things don’t go your way, it’s easy to get frustrated and unhappy, and even give up. But always remember: just because things are taking time, it doesn’t mean that they won’t happen.
God’s delays are not God’s denials.
Always start your day with an act of power. An action that nobody’s forcing you to do, that you choose to do of your own volition, which makes your life better.
Alongside having an act of power, a great way to start the day is with a positive, energizing morning routine.
Music is one of the easiest ways to motivate yourself. Listen to uplifting tracks, and songs about success
find motivation mp3 tracks, such as hypnosis or affirmation mp3’s.
writing down affirmations can help you focus on what you really want from life.
when you want something very vague, it’s hard to imagine exactly what success will look like, which makes it hard to get motivated.
Instead of calling myself lazy, I began to joke that I was “super-efficient”.
We are dependent on our bodies for our well-being, and all too often, we forget it.
One of the easiest ways to motivate yourself is to help someone else out.
Simply list all the things that you’re grateful for right now: this list can include everyday things, like the amazing weather you’re having, the fact that your morning coffee was amazing, or the way your daughter smiles at you.
However, if writing one thousand words, or a chapter of your report, seems like an overwhelming goal, simply set a timer for five or fifteen minutes, and do as much as you can in that time.
Meditation is the art of sitting in silence, and focusing on nothing but your breath.
