“Aanvikshiki is about alternative thinking, lateral thinking, thinking out of the box. But, it is also about questioning if there is a box at all.” So many dimensions!
one should not feel lonely, but should enjoy being alone.
“Analysis, analysis and only analysis leads to paralysis,”
“Wealth goes through four stages,” he began. “The first is wealth identification, the next is wealth creation, followed by wealth management and then wealth distribution,”
The best love marriage is the one that is arranged by parents.
“In India, we do not consider marriage as just another relationship. It is not just between you and your spouse, or just between your family and her family. It is a relationship between both of you and God.
“Do you know that in Sanskrit, a wife is known as Sahadharmacharini?” he asked. “Saha-dharma-charini, meaning a spiritual co-traveler.”
“In our country, money is considered as divine. It is given the form of Goddess Laxmi. But remember, if money is not given this spiritual form, it can be harmful. Money by itself is not evil or good. It is the person who handles it.” I was somewhat convinced when he gave the example of Goddess Laxmi. “Sir, how can one divinize money?” He was happy. “Good question. There is a method for that.” He explained, “Laxmi is the wife of Lord Vishnu. Remember Lord Vishnu manages the whole world. He requires Laxmi to do that, but Laxmi is at the feet of Lord Vishnu, serving him with love and attention.”
A mother who had just delivered her baby described the feeling well, “A part of me got separated, yet it made me complete.”
Wealth is not only what is ‘with’ you but also what is ‘in’ you.
“Give your children values first and then valuables.”
You may want to teach your children, but children should also be ready to learn from you.
Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you, yet they belong not to you.
There is a difference between being worried and concerned. Worrying is like a rocking chair; it moves, but does not progress. Concern is genuine love
and comes from a feeling of responsibility.
“Meditation is not a process, but a state of mind.”
The dancer and the dance had become one. No duality remained.
We are not human beings on a spiritual journey, but spiritual beings on a human journey.
Whenever we spoke, we understood each other. Most of the time, we did not need to speak at all.
Silence was our method of communication too.
