Yeah, I know, “Blah blah blah, I’m deaf. I can’t hear shit.” You know, that’s about the sorriest excuse I can think of. You think music is just about hearing? There’s so much more to it, man. Give me a minute here and I’ll try to explain it.

Subjectivity and the actual experience. In example, I think that the song “Infinity” by (yes) One Direction is one of the best I’ve ever heard. Again, subjectivity and one’s life reflects how you experience music. A friend loves classical music but every time she listens Für Elise, she is asleep before two minutes have passed. Believe it or not, her parents played again and again that composition to her when she was still inside her mama’s womb.
