Vulnerability reflects a specific kind of behavior and attitude in trust-building. It differs from both being easily readable and openness. Being easily readable is primarily about my emotions and behavior. Being open is primarily about my thoughts and intentions. Being vulnerable is about the consequences to me when you do not honor my request.
