Magnesium is a powerful element for treating muscle pain as well as building them. There are many people who are completely unaware of all the benefits magnesium holds for helping relieve pain as well as boost muscles. Muscles and nerves rely on magnesium for their functions. Not receiving enough magnesium debilitates this duo from cycling properly.

There are even more ways that magnesium can be better absorbed. Try taking a magnesium oil or Epsom salt foot bath. Let your feet soak in the magnesium oil/Epsom salt for about sixty minutes- this will allow enough time for letting your foot absorb all the magnesium it needs.
