And bringing those treasures to light takes work and faith and focus and courage and hours of devotion, and the clock is ticking, and the world is spinning, and we simply do not have time anymore to think so small.

Your defenses might slacken and your anxieties might ease, and then magic can slip through.

The idea will wake you up in the middle of the night and distract you from your everyday routine.

You can measure your worth by your dedication to your path, not by your successes or failures.

Somebody else got mine.

that ideas are alive, that ideas do seek the most available human collaborator,

creativity is a gift to the creator, not just a gift to the audience).

because you will never be able to create anything interesting out of your life if you don’t believe that you’re entitled to at least try.
