There’s a word for “people who are in their heads too much”: thinkers.
As time went on, I realized that my quiet approach to life had been a great power all along. It was a tool that I’d just needed to learn how to use.
The most effective leaders are not motivated by a desire to control events or to be in the spotlight. They are motivated by the desire to advance ideas and new ways of looking at the world, or to improve the situation of a group of people.
So, extroverts might seek out noise and crowds, but introverts look for peace and privacy. We don’t do this simply to relax. It also helps us think clearly.
