On this journey into grace, I was led to see Jesus as one who both gave and modeled grace in his earthly life. It started with his acceptance to come to this world. Philippians 2:6-8 speaks of his willingness to be humbled and to empty himself of the rights of heaven in order to take his assignment on earth.
