The different dimensions, working with others in this time-space. But those in the other dimensions work to help regain control and stabilize universes and galaxies. D: They work on a massive scale then. R: Yes. Always being threatened, it was threatening to spill over and having a rippling effect. Yes, that's the term, “rippling effect.” D: So the others were made to leave and were not allowed to return. R: Yes. It was part of the peace treaty. The story is told (in Keepers of the Garden) of the original group of aliens who came to Earth to begin life under the direction of the archaic ones, because this was their purpose. For untold millennium they have traveled through the galaxies searching for planets that have reached the point where they could support life. Their job was to begin the life process. Then the developing species were left on their own because of the prime directive of non-interference. But there were others who came with other agendas. These were the ones who were looking for minerals that their planets needed. These stayed and enslaved the primitive inhabitants so they could do the work for them. This was when the interbreeding occurred. At that time it came to the attention of the councils what was happening, and they stepped in to banish the intruders so the original experiment would not be spoiled.
