Try not to consume anything processed because processed foods decrease energy. Consume organic, fresh foods. Make sure 60-70% of your food is water-rich. Lettuce, non-starchy vegetables, fruits, and baked fish, are some examples of foods that are watery. Drink lots of water each day.
