The list identifies and explains twenty-two character qualifications in an assessment format that you can use to evaluate your qualifications for leadership. The envisioning leader who desires to lead his church in creating and shaping a culture for change must be sure to meet these qualifications and characteristics. While none of us is perfect, we must be comfortable with where we are. This does not mean that we do not need to work on some of them. That will always be the case.
