I have never had an Uber driver look like this before. If I had, I’d Uber everywhere despite the fact that I have my own car.
His ego could surely afford a few hits. “I’m over six feet,” he argues. I purse my lips and openly gawk at him. “Oh, you looked much shorter than that.”
“Thanks for the first date. It was fun, Dimples.” A surprised gasp leaves me when he backs away. “This was not a date,” I argue. “Felt like one to me,”
I’ve never had a woman so uninterested in me before. She’s different, and I’m fully entertained by it.
She’s needy, and I’m willing to give her whatever she asks for. Money? It’s hers. My bed? As long as she doesn’t mind sharing. My last name? Let’s make it official.
She’s about to find out the hard way that I’m relentless.
I may not know everything about my mystery Uber driver, but now that we’re engaged, I suppose we have plenty of time to get to know one another.
She’s a mom? My eyebrow crooks. If so, she’s the hottest mom I’ve ever laid eyes on.
“I want him out of your head.”
“You starting something with her?” he asks in a low voice, following everyone to the elevator. According to her? No. According to me? It started from the beginning.
“That noise too,” he whispers. “A total fucking tease.” “All I did was breathe,” I argue. “Exactly.”
“Kissing you messes with my head,” he says in between kissing. “Makes me want to say things I’m afraid you don’t want to hear.”
