She heard the door click shut, and she heard someone else comment something about the thunder that was rumbling outside, but she didn’t slow. Crossing Theon’s bedroom, she flung open the double doors that led out to the balcony. She needed air. She needed to feel the wind on her face and to not be trapped inside those rooms. She paused only long enough to remove the shoes from her feet before stalking to the railing and hurling them both as far as she could, screaming defiantly to the sky in rage and releasing every emotion that was warring inside of her.
