We ignored Trello, which we were using for our digital card wall at the time, and focused instead on the face-to-face conversations, sometimes standing at a whiteboard. Working as a group, down in the detail, is actually pretty rewarding, and as it took only about 20 minutes each time, it wasn’t too much of an overhead either.
