You are better off seeming to be problem-free and full of fun. I promise you, no one needs to know otherwise.

Do not get involved with someone expecting them to change. The only way they’ll change is to get worse.

People complain to the same degree they feel they have no control over their lives.

In this life, you will encounter people who think that others are not intelligent and easily duped and swayed. In fact quite the reverse is true. Not everyone speaks well or is able to communicate what they think and believe. But in interfacing with others you would do well to deal with them as though they are smarter than they seem. You will be surprised at the results. And by their respect and liking for you.
