Even the supposed ‘accidental’ occurrence is merely a perception. There are no accidents in the universe, nor are they even a possibility. What it really means is that they are unpredictable or incomprehensible to the linear ego and its limitation to the Newtonian paradigm of cause and effect (cal. level 450).
