I’m guessing the affair is with Nick and not some guy named Tom…

So apparently it’s not her husband Penny is having the affair with. I’m glad about that. Also rules him out as a suspect since he doesn’t seem to be actually having an affair, just a flirtation that led to a one night stand. That just leaves James. He kind of seems too nice to be real. Or the guy from her past from when she was a kid. Maybe he finally got out of jail.

Omg! Totally called it… if it’s true… seems to be a lot of misdirection going on in this book. 😂

I kept thinking he was there the night her dog disappeared… I hope the poor puppy is okay.

Wait, what?!?! I thought those flashbacks were Ellie’s. Holy crap. I guess I just assumed like the author wanted me to. 😮😮😮 Kind of loving this, I haven’t been surprised by a book like that in forever.

Why didn’t she just call the married guy she was having the affair with Steve?!?! Oh, because it would have given it away that she was the one with the flashbacks too soon. 😂 🙄

Omg. Before they were even married?!?! I want James to show up and murder this psycho bitch.
