Welp, I found a problem with my plan for us to spend eternity together. I can’t pronounce his name.

“It’s in the nature of beings such as us to constantly be setting new goals and dreams for ourselves, especially when we attain the old ones. “Raðulfr,” I say, and Kaelynn’s mouth drops open.

Methinks Kaelyn is an elf! Or at least knowledgeable about the others!

Yes, I’m the King of the Elves, but that just makes it even more necessary for me to abide by the law. I set the example for all my people to follow—even the ones who make it difficult for me to enjoy leadership.

Wow! What a unique concept! Leadership believing they need to set an example and abide by the laws!

As a kindergarten teacher, I respect the joy glitter brings to young lives, and I even encourage its use. But I also loathe it with the fire of a thousand suns.
