Even the supposed mathematical attempts to “solve infinity” fail to understand that infinity is not a number and cannot be represented by a number. The calculus developed by Newton is the best mathematical way of dealing with the question of infinity by allowing mathematics to closely approach infinity, but without ever actually getting there. Infinity isn’t “a thing” that can be counted. No amount of magical mathematical contortionism can “solve” infinity!
