opposite sides. The group may even polarize so that two very powerful groups are against each other. But one of the things we're aiming for is that this should come out. We're not trying to suppress it. Therefore, you simply see what the assumptions and reactions mean—not only your own, but the other people's as well. We are not trying to change anybody's opinion. When this meeting is over, somebody may or may not change his opinion. This is part of what I consider dialogue
