“Free your mind … and your ass will follow.”
The cynic will sigh knowingly and say, “That’s just the way the world works. Humans are essentially corrupt and selfish—pretending otherwise is just naive.”
The surprising answer is that, fundamentally, humans want to be great. People want to do something purposeful—to make the world, even if just in a small way, a better place.
Rather, it is a practical, actionable way to implement change.
None of the above are dreamy desires—rather, they’re actionable plans.
but they’re in motion. All around the world, rapid iterations are occurring, propelling us toward a better world.

The key thing to remember is that you’re not seeking someone to blame; you’re looking at the process.
And the rest of the team has to have the maturity to hear the feedback, take it in, and look for a solution rather than getting defensive.
