Willy learned about Scrum from his son-in-law, who works at a large technical company in the Netherlands that uses it. Willy’s been a teacher for nearly four decades, and he says this is what he’s been searching for the whole time: an approach that teaches children to teach themselves and to value their own skills and those of others.
