When you list things that need to be done, it’s tempting just to put together a list as I did earlier about Alex’s wedding: church, flowers, officiant, food, etc. The problem is, if you give any of those items to a separate team that isn’t intimately invested in the results of the decisions between white roses and daisies, you might not get the results you’re looking for.
