I find this mental model is quite effective when describe something that is over arching with profound complexity. what do you do? Let me tell you what I don’t do. what product/service do you have? Let me tell you what I don’t offer. How do I build trust with my team? Let me tell you what actions hurting your relationship. What do I do to get the most out of market return? Let me tell you what action hurting your returns. Laozi’s Wu Wei is about what NOT to do, so it’s not idle or inaction, it’s really what actions to be removed from your daily habit. Meditation is all about what thoughts to let go, not what you should be thinking about.

I think this is what limits the rural and small city life, as children born in metropolitans even an average family would have exposed to much wider variety of the food choices and each ties to color of big city life, like season, locations and rich histories and stories. my wife use to tell stories about her seasonal food stories like standing in long queue in chilly autumn watching yellow leaves dancing in midair, it’s all seems worth the long wait when you hold the newly grilled meat cake close to your face and the first bit get your tong touches the slightly too hot juice meat inside the thin and slightly crispy cake shell would give you the thrill right through your spine.
