There have been so many times that I can recall that I have been referred to as “the pretty fat girl”. Some of the things that Rosalie internalizes, or has experienced in this story are my own lived experiences. Experiences that I am certain many of us have faced before. I wrote this book for all of the women who have felt this way, and I hope that you feel seen and understood while reading. And I also hope that you know you are beautiful, inside and out. Period. Fuck whoever thinks that our bodies aren’t perfect just the way they are. Those people? They’re definitely the BRADLEY in our stories (that will make sense after you’ve read ) Love you always,
