I missed the Liars that summer.

“Be a little kinder than you have to.”

“Never eat anything bigger than your ass.”

“A part of me died,” he says. “And it was the best part.”

Be normal, now. Right now. Because you are. Because you can be.

This island is ours. Here, in some way, we are young forever.

I bled on him and he didn’t mind.

You want to play God, Gat said. I want to take action, I said.

And here, I have killed them. My Liars, my darlings.

Here I am frozen, when I deserve to burn.
