I feel like the simplest moments in life are the ones we take for granted. We don’t appreciate the power in them until they are nothing but soulful memories.
And I think those are the moments when you find out who you really are. What you’re made of and what you’re capable of overcoming. The blindsides keep us grounded, reminding us of our resilience.

And that’s the damnedest thing about guilt. It infects everything within reach, anything it can sink its teeth into. Even a tiny, innocent smile. Even a fairy tale.

I take nothing for granted anymore. I know, more than most, that these precious seconds are what stitch the canvas of life together. Tiny, fragile pieces that might seem small on their own, but together—they make us whole.
knowing I finally found my place. My home. It’s more than four walls—more than a box on the ground, or a roof over my head. It’s the steady beat of his heart against mine. It’s safety and chaos, comfort and fire.
a reminder that the people who truly love you won’t leave. Not for being broken, and not for being bitter. Nothing will drag them away. Not even when it seems like they’re gone.
