It was exhausting and perfect, and as Kilian held himself slightly off her body, trying not to crush her, she wasn’t sure if she had ever felt happier. Her mates felt so close, so warm, so safe.
Feels like a disservice to have rushed this scene when these three worked the hardest to supporrt her when they were half bonded. Makes me a little sad when the previous interactions with the other characters in the past couple of books were so intimate with a level of intense details.
