Nastia liked these bathroom confessionals. They were nothing like the online “clean eating” videos she’d seen, where light-soaked Western women called water loading “hyperhydration,” starvation “fasting,” breakfast a “societal construct,” and dinner something to “transcend.” At least these brides were honest about the violence they were committing.
