Don’t ask why, because I don’t know. I tried to figure out the “whys” with Dr. Strobel, and she told me something that I’ll never forget: absolute evil has no motive. Maren has started a plan, and she’s going to see it through. I don’t think any of us are safe at this point; we’re all targets. So, I agree that staying together is the smart move.
