I put the phone to my mouth. “Then mind yo’ big headed fucking business, Brandi. Whoever I’m with or not with isn’t your fucking concern. You don’t run shit by me when Ryder is with you, and I allow you and that fat bitch of a husband to breathe, right?” “Wh…what is that supposed to mean?” “It means, don’t fucking question me. When I got something to announce, then you’ll be the last bitch to know about it. I’ll have my daughter relay the message to you.” I ended the call, shoving my phone into my pocket and starting my bike. Her little ten-minute call set me back.
“You leaving with me, right?” Quasim looked her in the eyes as he applied a bit more pressure. The man was fucking red, and Sim didn’t give a fuck that he could kill this nigga. “Yes…yess… I’m going with you,” Blair stammered. Quasim let him go and held his hand out and Blair stumbled over toward him, taking his hand. “We out… I don’t ever wanna see you out here drunk like this.” He moved closer to her ear. “Do I make myself clear, Blair?”
Because I read Quasim’s story before I even started the Delgato series, this hits different! He been not playing about Blair and I love it.
