No word for homosexuality in Latin or greek hebrew etc. Arsenokoites concerns behavior, not an identity as a "homosexual". Concept of only being attracted to the same sex only emerged in early 1700s. The word used is different than early translations but absolutely canonical with scripture's teachings throughout The Bible
