“Have you seen the neurologist lately?” Lily asked sweetly.
“I am training her for her wedding night.” “Her wedding night?” Nick repeated. “Hang on. I’m the guy she’s marrying. If there’s training to do, I’ll be the one doing it.”
“Listen, Andre the Giant, if you don’t stop flirting with my fiancée, I’m going to find a
step stool, climb it, and punch that smile off your face.”
“You’re just saying that so I won’t kill Weber.” She sighed. “Well, we can’t both be murder suspects, now can we?”
“We should throw bathroom tissue at his place of residence,” Gabe suggested.
“Let’s beat him to the punch,” Riley mused. “You would like me to punch him? It would be my greatest honor,” Gabe said happily.
“Where’s your Jeep?” “Shot to hell at yet another crime scene.”
