It surly was. similar to the wonderful accoumt in A Walk.in the Woods. But Emma's was worse and yet I was enchanted to be accompanying her via this account. i happened to.be close to the A.T. while at a retreat on the Blue Mountains in PA
I wanted to climb to the top but was stopped by the snow line in April.
