The Five Futures exercise opens your mind to different future possibilities. It’s best to write out your five futures in a journal or on paper rather than on a computer or tablet. Find a quiet place where you have space and time to yourself to do the first part of this exercise.
When we ask open-ended questions and don’t assume we know the answers, we’re more likely to learn something new.
