When the Fairytale Crumbled

I was living a fantasy, for only a fool would believe such happiness could last forever.

-Not everything that shines is gold.

when you are deprived of true love your whole life and then find it unexpectedly, you want to cling to it like a sailor to his net.

Can love be only in our minds? Can love be only a memory?

You can't see in others what you don't have inside you,

there is no greater duty than to cherish your true love.

I didn’t realize it then, but when the fairytale crumbled, it gave us an opportunity to build a stronger, more united, and loving family. We accept and cherish our imperfections, and we have room to love each other unreservedly.
