I hunched over my desk and quickly booted up my computer. “Don’t think I’ve forgotten what you said to Isla.” Annie feigned innocence as she picked up one of the championship belts off the shelf and ran her hand over the ridges of gold and silver. “Whatever do you mean, Miles?” That sassy smirk on her mouth was going to be my undoing.
