“How long have you’ve known?” I looked up from the car magazine I was reading at Chubs standing in the doorway of the theater room. Closing the magazine, I nodded for him to sit in the chair across from me. “For a little minute now… how long have you known?” “Since I was seventeen.” I examined his face, the same one that we shared. It hurt staring at the man across from me because I had nothing to do with raising him. I didn’t have the chance to be something I always wanted to be – a father. “How did you figure out that I already knew?” He laughed to himself as he took his seat across from me.
