Aniara: A Review of Man in Time and Space

To think that Mima is now gone. To think of the Superior Death. I do not understand. Everything became inexplicable. The goddess dead from sorrow. And we condemned.

The spear of emptiness went its pointless course. But still, this vision had a power to change the minds of many: Three went mad, one took his own life.

In this way, I could arrange in space with images, seemingly forming a wall, a kind of image wallpaper in empty nothingness. I populated the images with forests and moonlit lakes, or mountains and cities. Sometimes I let a great and mighty army of humans march with victory banners. all to create an illusion of a wall that shut off an unbearable space.

But even the tapestry of fantasy needs some support from humans' will: a small contribution from within of a dream from those who only demanded but never gave us anything other than their emptiness like a hollow to constantly fill and decorate.
