Sometimes I forget that in the bigger scheme of things, it’s okay to not be the best at everything.

Re-read some of my notes from I Am Not Jessica Chen, and I absolutely love this book to the core.

“But they’re all still your handwriting. I’d be able to tell it’s yours even if you mixed it with a hundred other people’s.”

I want to do all the things I used to mock from the movies.

“Then come back to me,”

I miss it all. I miss my life, because even when I felt like I had nothing, I had everything. I just didn’t know it at the time. You never do, until it’s in hindsight.

and it’s beautiful, and I can paint it any color I want to.
